Facebook car talk time: The heat and heated seats in my van are sporadically malfunctioning. 1:starting the van in the driveway and letting it warm up does NO good 2: driving it around the streets for an hour or more doesnt help 3: when I get on the highway and speed up over 60 mph. The heat will kick on! 4: if I have the heat and heated seat turned ON when I pick up speed, they dont start working. I have to turn is all off then back on 5: the heater keeps working when exit the highway and drive slower
