Facebook is a most peculiar place and I hope we have been able to create a bubble of happiness inside it. That is no accident. We think long and hard about how we share and communicate in this world. Many of you like to show and share the things we post with your kids. Many have your kids sitting with you when you look at our page. Which is understandable. Along with everything else we do, we have our own kids TV show and so we want you to able to show your kids stuff, be inspired and informed, laugh and for the time you spend with us... believe that the world is an amazing, sustainable, community loving place of positivity and fun…That its cool to get outside and get grubby. …That is fun to eat healthy food that tastes amazing … that the planet is amazing and needs our love and protection…that being alive rocks! And we make sure that you are not bombarded with things for sale or promos or ads or links….and especially not links that take you to unsafe places. We will not share a pic of your child/children without your permission…if you POST it on our timeline - you have given permission. If you MESSAGE us you need to write that you give your permission for sharing. If you just want a private conversation or to show us something that is not to be published - we love that …you can MESSAGE us and we will respect your choice for privacy. Just recently we have put some new measures in place. To stop you being personally hassled …we will now use your first name only and state that you are our Facebook friend when sharing anything you send us and have given us permission to share….rather than a direct share or highlight. This is not because we want to take claim of your idea but rather we want to protect you from the up to 50 million people we reach each week. If you want to add your full name and therefore a link back to your world by commenting on the post , that is up to you. We will remove all sneaky advertising from the page. We share stuff we create, stuff you create, stuff we curate. If the curated item has a credit or link we state it , if it doesnt we share it in good faith but will always immediately remove an image if you have the right to it or credit you ...if you MESSAGE us. We hope we have built a community inside Facebook. We remain transparent and honest. We respect you and your children. if we make a mistake, please MESSAGE us and we will try our best to fix it.
