Facts.. This one big young black male sucker punched a frail looking older black male ..kicks him while on the ground and not fighting back . After he gets up and appear to walk away, A second black male, again sucker punch him almost unconscious to the ground again .. The older frail looking black male stumbles back up over a now blood spattered stair landing... The two younger black males should be arrested for assault. Now take these facts to trial to sort out what happened and who committed crimes and who should be punished.. The point is.. You cant judge anybody without knowing all the facts... What preceded the scene? For example, if someone had just raped and or killed one of my child, and I confronted them, I probably wouldnt stop until I fell completely exhausted over the per-pretors mangled dead body sucker punched or not..! I would still be charged with a crime but a trial would decide whether to penalize me after evaluating all the facts and circumstances leading to the assault. Obviously this scene is not the case.. But again , get the facts... All of them ..and not what the media , pro or con is trying to portray ..! This is what a judicial system is trying to achieve and it is a very lengthy and difficult process. So dont be a victim of media brain washing, letting someone influence your thinking with edited, scripted, deceiving and or biased reporting..! Get the facts..!
