Fail to plan you plan to fail..... Two weeks post comp and I very happy with my reverse diet and training. I am living proof that if you want a different result you have to do something different. I binged on junk for too long without any game plan in the past after my comps, weeks of prep and dedication ruined within days, all because I failed to plan. I wanted a different result from this prep, I wanted to keep my body in good shape between comps. I wanted to be healthier, live better and just be happier within myself. I wanted change this time. This is why I am doing things differently. Under the guidance of Leon from Body by Leon I am reverse dieting out of my comp, and with the help of the best supplements I have taken provided by TSN, I am winning the battle of the post comp fat gain and depression.
