Fair play to Peadar Tóibín for voting with his conscience. It is not easy to chose between political loyalty and personal conscience. I know those in any political group often have had to face the choice chose which is the most important sacrifice their principles against party political loyalty and my opinion is that each of us must do what is we know is the right thing to do.
