Loving my Skinny Fiber!! I love that I am not hungry anymore. I am actually full when I go to bed at night and wake up the same. I can eat what I want and I dont gain like I used to . I swear, I used gain 5 pounds whenever I ate a cookie. And now I am staying consistent with my weight. I am not craving junk food or wanting fast food like I would driving around. I am making healthier choices and reaping the healthy rewards. My hair is growing like crazy these days as well. I have so much more energy. I look forward to working out. (Why yes, I am crazy. LOL) I am not jittery nor is my heart jumping out of my chest. This is an all natural product that is helping me eat less because I am actually full. LOVE IT!!!
