Falco Resources Ltd. today announced the nomination of three new independent mining industry veterans to stand for election as part of a seven-person Board of Directors at Falcos annual and special meeting of shareholders, scheduled for December 23, 2014. Each of these individuals has an outstanding track record and will be called upon to help formulate Falcos strategy, said Sean Roosen, Chairman of Falcos Board of Directors. We have high expectations for the Horne Complex and our Rouyn-Noranda land package and I believe we are assembling a team capable of unlocking meaningful shareholder value.
