Falling Skies...Oh the things we do for money. I dont know that I ever realized just how good Stargate (and just about every other show Id worked on) was until I started working on this stinkbomb. Steven Spielberg was the executive producer, supposedly even he was embarrassed enough to put some distance between himself and this turkey. One very good thing did come out of working on Falling Skies; I hated it so much that I promised myself I would never work on a show like that or under people like that ever again. I channeled the frustration and anger from that experience into launching Stagecraft. It took a couple of years to get it done but so far the independence has been worth all the sleepless nights, long days and lost weekends that go along with being self employed and to never having to work on a show like that ever again...not that Im bitter ;-)
