Fam...who you choose to be closest friends and associates is one of the most important decisions you make during the course of your life. The Bible says if you associate with wise men youll become wise, but a companion of fools Will be destroyed Prov.13:20. You do become like those with whom you closely associate. Friends in your life are like pillars on your porch. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes they lean on, and sometimes its just enough to know to know theyre standing by.Iron sharpeneth iron; So a man sharpener the countenance of his friend Prov27:17. Ive found the best friends are those who bring out the best in you, and a real good friend is someone who knows all about you and likes you anyway. The wrong kind of friends, unlike the good kind of friends, brings out the worst, not the best, in you. Theyre the people who absorb sunshine and radiate gloom. There are people who will always come up with remasons why you cant do what you know youre suppose to do. Ignore them!!! Never have a companion who casts you in the shade. True friends dont sympathize with your weakness...they help summon your strength. Treat your friends as you do your best pictures, and place them in the best light. Friends communicate at the heart level. There are good ships, and there are bad ships, but the best ships are friend are friendships.
