I have been a Tottenham Hotspur supporter for 51 years since they toured South Africa as FA Cup Winners (1961 & 1962), FA Charity Shield winners (1961 &1962), and European Champions. My Father took me to The Rand Stadium where Tottenham beat a South African XI 3 -1, a score which flattered the South Africa XI because of brilliant goalkeeping by Trevor Gething. That began my passion for this club. Today my beloved Spurs played the mighty Southampton going 2 - 0 nil in the first half. We ended up winning 3-2, scoring the winning goal in injury time. This is the most disappointing, clueless team I can recall in years. Kyle Naughton- get a job selling pies in the concession stand. You certainly are not good enough or passionate enough to take the field at White Heart Lane. Even though we have played boring, dull, football and been thrashed in 5 games including a humiliating 3 -0 defeat to West Ham at White Heart Lane we unbelievably find ourselves in 5th position. I hope that next season we hire a real coach - Tim Sherwood, current coach, is a past Tottenham player and captian - his passion is not in doubt but he lacks the experience at this level, maintaining a high defensive line. We need a clear out of the young imports some of who need a guide dog to find their own arseholes. Come On You Spurs !
