Family STEPS Family STEPS is a voluntary family support home visitation program. The program believes a child’s first and best teacher is his or her parent. Family STEPS offers support and education for families expecting a child or with a child ages 0-5, who live in Buena Vista, Crawford, & Sac Counties. BVCS Early Childhood Iowa provides funding to the Public Health agencies in the three counties to offer this program. Contact us if you would like more information to join the program.
