Family Services Worker (Corpus Christi) Lutheran Social Services - Foster In Texas - Corpus Christi is seeking a Family Service Worker for our therapeutic foster care office. The Family Services Worker (FSW) requires expertise in providing quality social services, individually and in groups, to clients and their families in order to accomplish program objectives and Agency goals. The FSW will provide appropriate social services in accordance with licensing standards, contract terms, Agency policies, accreditation standards and funding requirements as well as other assigned duties. Extensive driving required. Some travel required. Qualifications include but are not limited to: Masters Degree in Social Work or related human service field and one (1)year of relevant work experience preferred OR Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related human service field and two (2) years of relevant work experience preferred. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as, organizational and planning skills. Computer literacy. Ability to work independently.
