Fan First Entertainment It is the month for taking companies giving their customers poor service to task it seems, after a new banner by a disgruntled customer targeted FNB. img.s-msn/tenant/amp/entityid/BBeg6HI.img?h=486&w=728&m=6&q=60&o=f&l=f&x=1141&y=581 Close on the heels of - and, in fact, in front of - a controversial a banner put up outside the World Wear shopping centre in Sandton calling Cell C The worst service provider in SA, another banner has been put up with the words, In the interest of the public... FNBs slogan sucks. When FNB stole, lied in high court and commited (sic) fraud I asked for help... No help given!! The bottom of the banner reads RottenBank.co.za. The website explains the grievances of the customer, Nico Niemand. According to the Sandton Chronicle, Niemand said the issues were the result of the sale of some of his properties, which were allegedly conducted unfairly. He also claims, This is not a summary of just bad service received; this is an honest and accurate version of me being on the receiving end of what I can only assume as a personal vendetta against me by First National Bank Financial institution. ‘How Can We Help you?’ Not in my case. Niemand has launched a number of cases, trying to have the problems resolved, but at great financial expense. Niemand calls out FNB CEO of FNB Home Loans, Jan Kleynhans, and former CEO Michael Jordaan for not being able to live up to promises made to customers in their advertising campaigns. SOURCE : MSN
