Fan Q Ive got a question Id like you to post. I had my son almost three years ago and even though I tried for a natural birth, I had to be taken to an emergency cesarean. Now, im pregnant with my daughter and I found out yesterday that im too high of a risk for my scar ripping if I let myself go into natural labor. My doctor wants me to choose a day for a scheduled cesarean. How is a scheduled c-section different from an emergency one? Do I just go in and they immediately take me back to surgery? The epidural didnt even work for me last time but since its planned, will they make sure to wait until it kicks in? And will my milk come in normally or would I have to take lactation pills? Rpb Kate
