Fan Question: My son is whole and is 2.5 years old (almost). Well naturally when it is bath time or changing time his hands are on his penis which I know is normal- BUT I feel like sometimes he is going to hurt himself or cause himself an infection! The 2 things he does that freaks me out the most are stretches it out really far and lets it snap back (OUCH???) and the other thing he does is poke it all the way in!!!!!!!!! Im afraid that the poking in will cause the foreskin to separate from the glans or his dirty fingernails will nick something and possibly get infected! What do you think? This type of play is actually how boys naturally stretch and prepare their foreskin for retraction. It may look painful, but theres no need to worry. Hell stop if it hurts. :)
