Fan question: Please dont judge.. My boyfriend got arrested Monday night and charged with assault by the police. (I wast the one who called the police).. Theyve since put out a no-contact order between him and I, even though the situation was barely physical it was more arguing. Anyways, he has court on the 24th of this month and Im just wondering a few things: can the no contact order be dropped, will the charge stick if its his first offense, what happens if he pleads guilty/not guilty, and what is the likelihood of him going to jail? Also, CAS was called because my young children were there. How long will CAS stay in my life? Has anyone else been in a situation like this?
