Fan question: So I have a question to blast... Corporate came in and told us to start soaking our steaks in olive oil and rosemary... The reason to take the iron taste out. I have tried it with and without and cant taste a difference Im curious if any body else has heard of this or does this... Couple issues with it too... Makes a mess, have to dry the steak before putting it on the grill, if you dont the grill Claires because of the oil and chars the steak and it then looks like shit... Our steaks are cut on a daily to every other day basis its not like they sit in the myoglobin for a couple days they get used right away... Just looking for some feed back on my situation if possible
