Fan question from Amanda: I babysit for a little boy who is intact, which is awesome. However, I have a little girl so I know nothing about penis care! The tip of his penis is usually bright red and hes always grabbing himself down there (hes a little over 2) and scratching/rubbing hard as if he is in pain. Sometimes he even grabs and says ow. Just curious if this is normal? If not, what might be going on? This is the moms first boy and Im not sure if her husband is intact or not (nor would I like to know, thats a little odd lol), but if something is going on I would like to bring it to her attention.
