Fan share! Repost by Sarah { Note: We here at Parents Playhouse are not associated with this cause, so please if you do decide to help please do so at your own risk. We also usually dont post anything asking for donations but decided to make an acception this time because its for a good cause. } Hello, My name is Brian. I have sent you this message as I am in the process of spreading the word about a two front fund raising campaign I have recently initiated. My wife and I have a seven year old boy named Eric who was born 3 months premature in 2006 and has been living with a severe visual impairment ever since. The objective of this fund raising initiative is twofold, the first is to help with the ever growing needs of my son’s orientation and mobility issues while the second, is to help raise funds for the Vision Centre at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles whose research, we hope, will one day achieve a medical breakthrough that my son and so many other people in the world are waiting to hear about. As an educator and a children’s author I am offering a digital copy of my children’s book to whoever gives a donation to this fund raising project. This way we are not just asking for a donation but also helping to develop a further love of reading for children all over the world. Here is the website about the novel and the fund raising project for you to have a look at: bfphoto101.wix/thepondsofwonder#!fund-raising/c7ql In light of this I was wondering if you would consider placing a link with respect to the fund raising project on your Facebook page and letting your followers know about it? In return I will be happy to list your Facebook page on a special page on my novels website and let everyone know who is helping to spread the word around about this fund raising project, with a clickable link back to each page/site. This in turn can help spread the word and provide a valuable back-link to your page. I’ve just started this project so the list is quite sparse for the moment but I hope that this will be filled in soon, with a link to your page as well. Is this something you can help out with, if so, I’d kindly ask that you reply back to me and let me know along with a clickable link to your page which I can put on my site. On behalf of my son and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, I thank you for taking the time to read this email and I hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards, Brian Abela
