Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are paying another 10.2 billion in dividend payments to the Federal Government after their first-quarter profits were reported. With the payments, Fannie and Freddie will have sent $213.1 billion in dividends to the Treasury. That amount more than offsets the $187.5 billion that it took to bail out the housing giants.
