Fat Loss/Discipline building tip! If you find yourself snacking on junk between meals, or you snack and graze at night time - make sure you eat larger portions for your quality/healthy meals. People are often semi-horrified at how much I eat, but the reality is; If you under-eat your fat loss meals - or quality nutrients, be prepared to overeat with fat-gaining meals/snacks - poorer nutrients, nothing is inherently good or bad - BUT context matters and it is MUCH better to add in slightly more per meal of the quality nutrients, than to finish and graze Discipline to stick to a plan is something you can do daily, its like showering. Through little things like this, you can help buffer cravings to avoid the grazing mentality - we all get it, its about setting yourself up hormonally & psychologically to compliment your goal :) thebayleybody
