Father and daughter come to check out the house. The daughter loves it and is begging her dad to get it, but the dad wants to play hard ball with me. Too bad for him because Im a national champion. Father: Whats the lowest youll would accept for the house? Me: I dont know. Whats the highest youre willing to pay? Father: Ohhhhh youre good. Me: Well Im not stupid thats for sure. Father: How about (insert crap amount here) cash? Me: (Laughs) No. The lowest I can accept without losing money is (Insert 500 less than asking price here) Father: Oh. Okay. At this point someone knocks on my door and informs them theyre blocking the road. So they had to leave, but as they left.... Daughter: Oh well be back. (wink wink) I think someone has daddy wrapped around their finger. Did I mention she calls him her driver? Lol.
