Father thank you for your word. For your word is true. Father you are the source of life and you are our light in the midst of darkness. Father today we lift up this world to you. Each person and each situation. Father we ask that you cover and keep your people. Father we ask for your shield of protection. Father so much is going on in all parts of the earth. Yes Father we know that you said that these things would happen. But you also said that we are to pray. That we are to be intercessors. So today Father we come to you. We stand in the gap. We bind up the spirit of death that is trying to take over in our cities and our towns. We bind up the spirit that is getting into people that is causing them to go on shooting rampages. Father we bind up spirit of abuse and drug addiction. Father we bind up the spirit of anger and hate. We bind all these things and cast them out now in Jesus name. For you said Father that whatever I bind on earth is bound in heaven. Father we loose your peace, power, and strength. For only you can heal, set free and deliver. Do it now Father. Father we lift up our leadership ... every politician, every police officer, every pastor, every mother, father and teacher. Those who lead Father. We lift them up before you praying that they lead with purpose. With the purpose of loving those they lead. Teaching those they lead. Protecting those they lead. Touch all leaders Lord. Do it now Father. In Jesus name we do pray. Amen and Amen.
