Father, work on my heart again today. Continue to change it from stone to a heart of flesh. The grace of the Lord Jesus has made it white and set me right. But I still struggle, with the rocks of the flesh. With self-will, with anger, with indifference, with self-righteousness and arrogance, with sin. Lord, break these rocks into smaller pieces each day, grind them down till they turn into good soil. I can never do this on my own. Because even now I will throw them. This should not be, I know better. But you also know I am still on the journey and I have such a long way to go. So holy spirit, again today, make my heart soften to those around me. Especially to those who make me want to throw rocks at them. Help me to transformed be and not conformed. So in each day I have left here, guide me, more and more, to be the person you mean for me to be. And any and all glory that comes from that is yours. Thanks and amen.
