Fathers Love and the bible........ If you have access to a bible and can read I suggest that you spend some time reading it. Its for your own good so you can gain some insight on how the Kingdom is lived out. Anything we go after in life requires time spent in understanding principles and gaining foundation that has value for us. Dont just do it because someone, more spiritual than you, would say the bible is the only way to get to really know the Father. Do it because you wish to enhance what you already know of Him. When I was young I spent a lot of time with my dad. Experience was how I got to know him for myself. I heard stories from others as to their experience with him which gave me greater insight to his character. With both methods at work I was able to get a clear picture of who my dad was. My dads love for me was very clear to me from time with him. If I had only heard or read stories about how he loved me I would have never known how to love him back. Both had value but the stories only enhanced what I knew through experience. Read your bible or not, its up to you. I think it would be foolish not to but whether you do or not has no bearing on how much the Father loves you. He cant love you anymore than He did before the bible was even written so not reading it doesnt change who He is. Whether you know it or not there is already a relationship designed for you by and with the God of all creation. His thoughts will not change toward you if you dont read the bible. If you dont youll probably just miss the fullness of what He has for your life but His love has nothing to do with your knowledge or zeal or even lack of zeal for Him. He Loves You with no strings attached but the full effect of what His love will do in you comes only after you simply surrender your heart (the deepest part of yourself) and spirit to His Spirit of Love.
