Remove Turkey and cover with foil again and allow to rest for 35 - 40 minutes . Carve and serve with veggies and gravy or cranberry sauce or even with atchar . Tip - The butter , foil , medium heat and resting of the meat after roasting results in a moist delicious turkey . If you feel certain parts are browning too quickly , simply cover that part of the meat with a piece of foil .
