Fatwa Shopping =========== Muslim Ruler: Is it true I am not allowed to ally with USA against Muslims during sacred months? Sheikh 1: In fact that is apostasy whether in sacred months or outside sacred months. Ruler: Guards! Execute him! What about you? what do you think? Sheikh 2: Erm... well it is known by necessity that such an alliance is apostasy, but ... I guess with certain conditions, as long as we have intention to establish Islam ... but we cannot help USA establish their kufr laws ... Ruler: Not good enough! Guards! Put him in prison! ... What about you? Sheikh 3: well.... *gulp* I guess if youre the king and they reject you, they are kind of like rebels and should be fought, but USA are still kuffar and far worse than rebels .. . Sheikh 4: ahem ... *scratches head* ... well ... some orphan opinions by some deviant scholars held the opinion that we can get the help of dhimmi kuffar against rebels and khawaarij as long as they are not stronger than us and will not impose their kufr or betray Muslims.... but I dont think USA fits into that category and those scholars were not from Ahl Al Sunnah Wal Jamaah ... Ruler: Who gave you Ijaazah? I should lash him! Youre fired too! Hand in the keys to the car we gave you last year! ... Hey you! Speak! Sheikh 5: Erm ... *sweating* although it is agreed that alliance with kuffar is a negation of the deen as mentioned by Sheikh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab, whose books we have published and printed millions of copies for distribution worldwide ... I guess we can ignore those pages and focus on the weak ahadith about black flags from Iraq held by people with long hair - therefore ... to save our lives and thrones .... out of extreme darooooooorah & necessity ..... choosing the lesser of the two evils (after all Abu Ghuraib wasnt that bad) ... to show USA islam is peace .... for the benefit of the dawah yanee .... I guess we can help USA kill a few Muslims ... Ruler: Only a few? what are you haggling with me? Go home! Who else is there? Madkhali Sheikh: It is WAAJIB to ally with USA against Muslims! America are like the muhajiroon and we are like the ansar !!! it is those khawaarij innovator misguided ignorant youth that want to obey Allah instead of you that are the real enemy!!! ...... Yanee!
