Fault-reporting email lines down The City of Tshwane would like to apologise to residents who cannot get through to our customer care email lines that are meant to report power failures and other infrastructure related matters. The City is fully aware of the situation and a dedicated team of technicians are working on restoring the lines. It is hoped that the system will be in working order soon. In the meantime, residents are urged to use the customer care number 012 358 9999 for reporting faults and complaints regarding the City’s services. Power failures can be reported by sending an sms with the word power followed by the account number to 082 612 0333 or 44676. Alternatively, 080 1111 556 and choose the electricity option.
