My past: I was not the typical 16 year old. In 2005 I got a biggest surprise of my life. Doctors said I had a rare bone cancer (approx only 20 world wide have had it). Once I started chemo in Nov. I lost the ability to walk. Then in Jan they were not sure Id live to my 17th birthday in jan. So my fiance and I got married so I could live my dream of being married if something did happen. They also said I would more than likely not be able to have children. Since March 2006 Ive been cancer free!! GOD BLESS THE LORD! I have also not only learned how to walk, but Im one belt away from black belt in Tae Kwon Do and have done several races this past year.I am now 25 and I have a 6 year old son. It has truly been a long and hard road, 11 surgeries, other issues including epilepsy, but being married to my best friend, seeing my son be born and watching him grow up, seeing my sister get married and build a house and just being around loved ones has made every step of this road all worth it. This video was not made by me, but it makes me smile because there are others who have had a worse road than I. I look on the positive side of things 99% of the time. Hope this lets you in a little into my life behind the kakashi costume. Love all the support guys! Hugs! -TK
