Fearing that someone is going to find out your deepest, darkest - TopicsExpress

Fearing that someone is going to find out your deepest, darkest secrets and make them public is very scary. It doesn’t matter what those “deepest, darkest secrets” are because it is different for everyone. Embracing them and owning them can be a very empowering moment in your life. I experience that when I came out as a gay man. Instead of fearing that someone would find out and using that secret against me was very scary but once I publicly came out, I went from feeling scared and fearful to feeling empowered and in control. That’s how I felt when I chopped off my black, dyed hair this week and showing once again my natural, gray hair. HEY WORLD! I HAVE GRAY HAIR! ahhh...that felt good. You should try it! :)
