Featured Firefly: I have wanted to get to the Firefly Grill since I first saw it featured in a magazine. The visual treat of the lighted windows on a summer night was like a sirens song especially when I read about the owners commitment to locally sourced products as much as possible. My husband and I planned a trip to Effingham (a three hour drive) for the express purpose of dining at the Firefly Grill. So often the anticipation of an event does not meet the reality but this was a wonderful exception. Our experience exceeded expectation and we will return. Comfortable atmosphere and casual fine dining done to perfection.
