February Vendor Fair When: Saturday February 8th from 10-6 pm. Roseburg Oregon This is for all home business reps, such as Scentcy, Jamberry, Wraps,Avon, Pampered Chef...others. We will limit it too only one rep per product. We will have 18-20 10x8 spaces available. We will provide 1 table and 2 chairs to each space. There are no curtains or other dividers. Cost would be $30 for the day. Hand crafters are welcome , to attend as well, just realize it will be a mix of Mfg items and Hand crafts. All items must be legal to sell in Oregon and the city of Roseburg. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to know the laws!!!! We will advertise in the Newspaper, Websites, Facebook, craigslist...etc! Vendors are asked to help out by inviting there friends and Family. When posters are ready I will advise those Vendors signed up and expect you to help distribute and post them around the area! Word of Mouth will be very important for the success of this show.... spread the word!!!!!!! Remember this is your show I am just providing the venue! Fees collected are for a fundraiser for the Elks Haunted House. This is our start up year and a small venue, would expect around 150 visitors. Hope for more....... spread the word. Load in &set up would be February 7th from 5-6 pm and Saturday Morning February 8th from 8 to 9:30 am. Bring a dolly or cart, you may have to carry your items a ways. Parking by door is limited!!!! All set up must be done by 9:30 am. Your space is not assured until fee is paid. NO Refunds of fee after February 1st. We can take CC# over the phone.
