February was an amazing month for me. I traveled to 4 states and I met some wonderful people advocating for our children. I attended the ESOL conference in Kennesaw, GA. From there I headed down to New Orleans, LA and was hosted by Sally Carlson, Vice President of the American Council for School Social Work. Then on to Jackson, MS for the Mississippi Child Welfare Conference. And finally I was off to Myrtle Beach, SC for the At Risk Youth National Forum. What a month! A special shout out to all of my host, friends, and each organization I was blessed to meet and work with. It is truly a privilege to what I do.
