Federal Government Employees are WAY OVERPAID! The lowest paid worker makes about 51,000 per year to sweep the floors. They ALL receive 5 weeks paid vacation, 3 weeks paid sick leave, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Retirement 401 K and for some still the Government Retirement. They get 11 paid holidays per year, If they work on the holiday they are paid for that either straight time or overtime depending on whether the holiday falls on their day off. The Holiday Period consists of 3 days, if the employee works ALL 3 days they get paid for the holiday, they get paid straight time for 1 day, 1 1/2 for the next day and double time for the 3rd day. That is in addition to getting paid straight time for the day whether they work at all or not. So if the work all three days they get 2 days straight time pay, 1 day time and a half and 1 day double time. ALL Federal Employees get 12 wks per year Family and Medical Leave, unpaid time off ..this means for each job there are 2.1 employees hired AT LEAST! Now since MOST of the money is used on salary and benefits, where do you think healthcare dollars will go? Hey libs, dont strain..it will go to salary and benefits like every other Gov program and thats not counting WASTE AND FRAUD! GET IT YET DUMMY?
