We currently have a casual vacancy for a Federal Rewards Club Attendant to work approximately 25 hours per week. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing customer relationships with members of the Federal Rewards Program and other customers to ensure that Country Club Tasmania is their desired entertainment destination. As the Federal Rewards Club Attendant you will ensure that our customers are welcomed, feel valued and appreciated to maximise their experience and return visitation. You will manage the Federal Rewards Program membership; accurately maintain and track customer activity, preferences and activity; contribute to the coordination and execution of detailed activities (including non-gaming) to increase visitation to the property and provide our customers with exceptional opportunities, whilst encouraging customer feedback and listening empathetically to customer complaints. For your application to be successful, you will be able to demonstrate: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), in addition to good listening skills The ability to build strong working relationships An ability to plan and undertake tasks in a logical and sequential manner Have the capacity to work independantly, be able to make decisions and show initiative Have confidence in social settings and at public speaking and displays a flair for customer service Has previous telemarketing experience (desirable) This position will work across a 7 day shift roster, so we require your flexibility and commitment with availability.
