Feedback on Gluten Free Oat Bread for Bread Machine, This turned out great with my moms old 1978 bread maker. Its called the Auto Baker By DAK Industries. At first I was terrified when I read about what to do if your machine does not have a gluten free setting. Mine has almost no settings; white, French,, or sweet bread settings, thats it. I held my breath and chose french bread. Now I’m here enjoying a nice warm moist piece of home made gluten free bread and loving it.
