Cassandra Fortin is arguing for her right to refuse chemotherapy treatment and her mother agrees claiming the toxins will destroy her organs. But doctors say without chemo, she will die within two years. The girl could legally refuse chemo if she was 18, but as a minor -- she cant, and the state took custody away from her mother. Cassandra is now being forced to go through treatments. Should the girl be able to refuse treatment? Or is the states right?
