Feel-good night ... and it has nothing to do with the Red Wings. Thanks to the 30+ interested parties who took the time and made the effort, we could share the experience of the official launch of the Southwest Arm Historical Society website. And thanks to committee members Don Smith, Lester Green, Elaine Spurrell, Jim Avery and Wanda Garrett for their quality presentations. We invite anyone interested to check out the website at swahsociety There you can find an application for annual membership ($5.00) which collectively will be a significant contribution toward realizing on-going projects that we have on our long-term agenda. Considerable effort has gone into the development of the site as it presently sits. But its a work-in-progress, and anyone who can contribute historically-significant photos, stories, etc. is encouraged to do so. With all hands on board, think of what this site can be! Thanks, all!
