Feel the need to make a point about rescue/ lost animals. Im sure it will cause some stir, but point needs to be made. When a rescue has a foster get out and running loose and a good Sam finds that pup and decides to keep them, there is now nothing you can do about it. When an owner loses a pup and a rescues finds or pulls it and doesnt give it back to the owner when they are presented, theres nothing they can do about it. Rather then both parties suffering, more importantly the animal suffering, why cant people just have a conversation and do the right thing? Im really ashamed of the rescue group that has Joyce Coopers pup and also disappointed by the ball that was dropped from a shelter prospective that allows their silence to support the rescue. This has to change. If your pup gets out and a rescue ends up with it, youll never get em back. If a rescue ever gets out and some one else gets them, they dont have to return them. This is madness
