Feeling Hopeful this 2nd Thursday of July. The first week of July was quite the opposite. However, tides change, thank you God. . The BEST news is that Mi Madre is coming to visit me in NYC mid September!!! I am SO excited for her. We have dates confirmed now and now we get to plan/map out the whirlwind that is NYC. Shell get to go way upstate to spend time with my brother in his beautiful neck of the woods too. Very wonderful news. . The housemate search may be over. We met a very nice young woman and it has all gone quite smooth and we arent popping champagne quite yet but certainly it is leaning that way. She should let us know in a few days. . The entire apartment is getting a fresh coat of paint next Monday/Tuesday, and those who know me well know I LOVE a fresh coat of paint! . My Bridal line is starting to claim some Brides which is so wonderful and special. I have always adored when a Bride chooses one of my pieces to wear on her wedding day.
