Feeling Judged. :-( about a week ago, I was working on a particularly crappy account and called it a nightmare. person A demanded that I be written up for being too negative and complaining openly about an account. I said the I went to HR and disputed and was told that I was in the wrong and just deal with it. Stop being so negative. person B just went on a 20 minute rant about how much he hates an account and emphasized his point by playing the Benny Hill theme song over his company computer speakers. person A thought this was hilarious. person A has also called another coworker an idiot. I know from past occurrences that if I ask another supervisor for advice, they will go to HR and tell her that I asked them and wasted their time. Unfair treatment? Am I overreacting? (Oh, and HR occasionally reviews peoples FB profiles. I have NEVER listed the name of the company that I work for on FB for this exact reason.)
