Feeling about 80% healed, getting stronger, still doing 20-30 rep sets, no pain after workouts some discomfort still in the upper chest but more in the neck with certain movements, back to 2 a day cardio sessions 3 times a week 2 a day workouts 2 times a week feel high energy. Today’s back workout: Pronated grip lat pulldowns warm up 60x30, 90x20 1 ½ reps, 100x21 with 5 pulses every 3rd rep, 110x21 with 5” isometric every 3rd rep (specialty at bottom of the rep) Dumbbell row 40x30; 45x30 Superset: V-grip for both Pulldowns 110x25, 120x25 130x20 Cable rows 90x25 100x25 110x20 Seated machine shrugs 90x22, 90x22 90x27 (a far cry from the 270# I was using but strains the neck a too much) Barbell rows 95x30 105x30 115x25 T-bar rows wide then narrow then wide grip (painful near clavicle/sternum joint) 55x21 55x21 55x22 Straight arm pulldown 90x30 100x27 110x18 (fatigued) Rhomboid (palm up thumbs out on rear delt machine) 30x30 35x30 40x30 followed by 60 minutes cardio
