Feeling motivated and like I need a challenge - Give me the exercises you HATE the most. The hardest, most painful, the ones you try to skip, anything you feel tortures you. Im looking for something to keep me on my toes so I figure 100 reps of a new exercise each day will keep my mind and body fresh! I will note that at home I have a TRX, superbands, olympic bar and plates, dumbells, squat rack, bench press, medicine balls, jump rope, and training ropes so I can work with those or I can do bodyweight exercises and abs. I will start tomorrow with the first post and work through the next 30 days. Feel free to post links to youtube videos if its something off the wall that I may not have heard of. #likeabeast #tortureme
