Nancy Juetten is a superb teacher. She brings long and successful experience trying to understand what corporations want to say about their products, services, or company to the task of helping individual entrepreneurs introduce themselves in ways that get the listeners or readers at hello. She is what I call a deep listener. She recognizes that many of us are casting around for the right words to convey our meaning, that we can use some help, and that she knows how to help. Again and again, I have read her stories about helping people and come away awe-stricken.
