Feeling really bad for The young homeless man outside starbucks , he is laying in the shade of a tree and at first he asked for water which I went to get him , then I saw his foot was injured , not only that but it is infected and its a really big wound , I went and got band aids with germ killing medication for him , he was in too much pain to let me clean the wound properly , closer inspection revealed that not only is it infected but its a really deep gash and in this heat with flies and ants crawiling on his feet I told him he needs medical attention before gangreene sets in , but he declined obviously due to no insurance , I might check and see if there is any free medical assistance for homeless here , the wound stinks and pretty sure it will not long in this heat for things to go from bad to worse ... I keep thinking if it was me I would hope someone cared enough to help ....
