Feeling very broken watching my mother slowly slipping from this world. she is my mentor, teacher, and guidance counselor. She gave me the wisdom to become the woman I am today. My mom was my partner who went on many ride a longs with me. She has been in chases and watched me run after suspects. My mom proudly sat in that passenger seat with a smile on her face. Sometimes there was nothing to smile about. The coffee and doughnuts were her motivation! I miss those days and am thankful to God for them. Please pray for her peaceful departure.
