Feeling very melancholy today. My mother has always loved Christmas. In fact, 2 yrs ago she had her Christmas stuff & tree up all year. Its very different this year. Going over the weekend after Christmas to spend with my mom & my other family members. Its going to be really hard. This whole season, every time Ive been out shopping I find tears streaming down my face as I see so many things my mom would have loved. I know so many of us have a hard time at Christmas thinking about family members we have lost. Again, I know how lucky I am to still be able to hug, kiss & see my mom smile occasionally but its not the same woman that always made Christmas the best thing ever. I just love & miss her so damn much.
