Fellow Drummer, this kid is a RUSH !! Wow. Thanks for sharing. The two most impressive thing (besides his age) is (1) he is only using his right hand to hit his 16th notes on the hi-hat. I was taught to use both hands so you can do 1/2 the speed and the criss-cross over to hit the snare (enabling the use of the left-hand to hit the syncapated snare snapes). In other words, the kid is quick and tiredless. (2) His skill to nail the bass drum triplets (plus chock the hi-hat) is a very difficult thing to do at any age. Knock em dead kid.
