Fellow Hmong brothers,... .... I would like to introduce an independent institution called HMong Foundation. The mission is to gather consensus among the elite hmong scholars like us in these high profile forums and willfully offer free and send letter of advices to all hmong leaders in all/any hmong organizations in the globe without any string attached whether they will abide or follow. Every troublesome subject that someone bring up for discussion we all will discuss and come to a conclusion then we will write a unified letter of recommendation to the responsible hmong leaders in that organization. I believe this is a more effective form of recommendation for changes in our era. We will continue to build on to this platform and encourage and invite more intellectual members to join in order to grow in this leading hmongs arena. Let me know if you think this is the way to go so that I can introduce the next phase.
