Felt I would give my thoughts on the Brown murder in St. Louis. Bottom line is that Michael Brown, no matter what he may have did prior to his encounter with the officer, was unarmed. He was unarmed, the officer knew he was unarmed and yet he felt he had to shoot him 6x. The use of deadly force on a person who is unarmed is the definition of excessive use of force. Police brutality and the excessive use of force is an ongoing problem and needs to be addressed. Why do you think that SDPD is now being outfitted with personal cameras. Michael Brown was unarmed and that officer shot him 6x, 2x in the head. He needs to be charged with at least manslaughter.
